The bed felt like a dream, but bless your heart, the hot water was a tad fickle in the mornings. The staff? Now they were as friendly as a summer picnic, always ready to help. Just make sure to avoid the laundry area near the lift, it was always a cluttered mess!

The loft was spacious with nice views from the two balconies. The bed was comfy, but there was no couch or easy chair to relax in, just a desk chair. The shower had decent water pressure, but the hot water dipped in the morning. Cleaning was daily, which was a plus. The kitchen lacked some basic utensils, which made cooking tricky. Overall, it felt cozy, just needed a bit more in terms of furniture and supplies!

However, the bathroom left much to be desired, with inconsistent water pressure and insufficient amenities like hooks and basic cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable due to short sheets, and a general lack of housekeeping made it difficult to maintain cleanliness during my stay.

Just a decent option for a transient visit in Santiago with good value for price. The receptionists were super helpful and friendly, making check-in easy. Look for nearby restaurants for better dining options than what’s offered.

Ideal location for exploring Cerro Santa Lucia and Lastarria, with a cozy living area and good kitchen facilities. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful with travel recommendations, although the noise from the street could be bothersome at times.

The location was perfect for our family with kids, just a short walk to the Municipal Theatre and many local eateries. Our loft was spacious and made us feel at home immediately, especially after a long journey. We had a lovely time exploring nearby cafes.

My wife says that the lack of daily housekeeping made things a bit tricky.

my stay at park was a pleasant surprise! the spacious standard apartment with a kitchenette was perfect for my short visit. the daily breakfast pack was a nice touch, making my mornings easier.

Good place with all I need! Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a tv, and kitchen utensils. The staff once helped me with bug spray, which I appreciated. Highly recommend for a city trip!
